I'm a 19 year old dude from Seattle interested in human well-being. I like studying how some of us flourish while others get sick. 

There are a lot of sick people in the world. People suffer from depression, cancer, and chronic pain in addition to an unfortunate variety of other ills.

I believe a lot of these health problems can be prevented or healed by eating, moving, and living like our ancestors, who were mostly unaffected by the diseases that plague modern society.

I also like to travel and practice lifestyle design. Right now I am taking a gap year to have fun, break out of the normal path, and find my own direction.

In 2011 I worked for Barefoot Ted at Luna Sandals and attended Dickinson College. In 2012 I got my personal training certification, got my nutrition certification, wrote an eBook, and am working as a TEFL teacher in Madrid. Right now I also write for Natural News and Paleo Magazine.
