Hey Ben.
I especially like using bulletproof coffee for days that I'm fasting. It helps with energy and coaxing your body to produce ketones.
I just stumbled across your blog and you have some awesome articles. Definitely want to try your paleo ice cream recipe.

Yeah drinking Bulletproof Coffee makes fasting almost effortless!
Definitely give the ice cream a try, with honey or stevia if you prefer. And let me know how you like it : )
